Fabulous overall experience. Family of three with young teen and we did the Heist room. We arrived early into the lobby where we were welcomed by friendly staff. Doug took us to the room and got us oriented. There’s a basket for your personal belongs/ purses/ phones if you so choose in the room that’s out of the way of the game. We talked it over and decided that Doug would only give us a clue if we hit the ‘help’ button in the room. Doug answered our questions then started the video to explain the game. It was rated an 8/10 and we would all agree with that. This was our fourth escape room so we had some experience but this was absolutely the best put together one we have been to. Clues that (retrospectively) were obvious but we had to work for them and there were a lot of steps involved. Traditional escape room problems (puzzles, locks, ciphers) and some unique twists. We got stuck a few times and hit the button in the room to ask for a clue. At one point towards the end I shouted out ‘what do we do now’ but Doug stuck to our deal and didn’t give us a clue because we hadn’t hit the button. We got out with 1:30 left (with help).

Escape Game has the most high tech escape rooms! It was so fun figuring out the puzzles. We had a great time and escaped! We bought gift cards for next time.

It was fun. We only needed a few clues. We did the art heist one which was rated at 8/10 difficulty and that feels right.
