You have heard of Raphael, Da Vinci, Titian, Rembrandt, Monet but do you really know their lives and why they are seen as geniuses? We’ll dive into the lives of the great masters as we wander the rooms of the NGA.
We’ll go from the only Da Vinci in America before seeing Monet’s “Japanese Footbridge” to witness the different styles and evolutions in art. You’ll be armed with the information and history that you’ll need to appreciate the works of art on display.

Can't imagine a visit without Tosca

I don't usually do tours because I like going at my own pace but after taking Tosca's tour, I honestly can't imagine visiting the National Gallery in DC without her. She had carefully selected the most important pieces in the gallery and was very knowledgeable about each one. Even as we were passing other paintings, she pointed out things to look out for in all paintings which I would never have thought of. She's excellent at answering questions and discussing new things that come up. I highly recommend Tosca for a tour!

Tosca is a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. I love the great tour experience she gave. She presented thorough introduction about art works at National Gallery of Arts with well-balanced details, and answered all the questions we had about arts, artists and museum curation. That made my visit to National Gallery of Arts a very productive and pleasant experience!

A big bonus is that she also went beyond by sharing the info of museums and restaurants local DC people love, which made my trip really fruitful. Strongly recommend!
