You will pass by the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, a 2-acre national memorial which pays tribute to the members of the U.S Armed Forces who fought in the Vietnam War and were killed or missing in action. The memorial is made up of three separate parts: the Three Soldiers statue, the Vietnam Women’s Memorial and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial War, considered the most popular feature.

Korean War Veterans Memorial
Another memorial you will come across is the Korean War Veterans Memorial. Dedicated on July 27, 1995, the memorial honors the 5.8 million Americans who served in the U.S armed services during the three-year period of the Korean War.
