After the end of our tour he dropped us off I discovered 30 minutes later that I forgot my water bottle. He made sure to drop it off - service we’ll beyond the call of duty!
They have never missed the mark. Always on time. Absolutely no errors on any of the trips. On one trip, we had an unfortunate event in which a member of our group was sent to the ER with a head injury. DCACar was able to modify their schedule to be sure that we had a last-minute ride from the hospital to the airport just in time to make the flight.
Making reservations is easy as can be - I've done it on the phone with them, and online through their website. Easy-peasy.
